OSPFv3 doesn't announce loopback IPv6 network

You can do that, but then such route would be represented in OSPF as
external route instead of as intra-area route (a prefix associated with
a node), which has some subtle differences, e.g. another node announcing
the same prefix as a intra-area route would be always considered closer,
regardless of metric.
