Include in configuration files

Hi everyone,
Maybe it's common knowledge among power users, but today I found out about a very nifty feature of BIRD: the include directive can be used pretty much anywhere in a configuration file, including inside a protocol section. I don't know if this is intended or not as include is described as a global option in the documentation.
If it's an official feature I think it's worth documenting. If not, I think it's worth making one :-)
