Wiki + route server example

Hi!
I modified BIRD's homepage - http://bird.network.cz a little bit. I
included link to BIRD's wiki -
https://git.nic.cz/redmine/projects/bird/wiki and I also added one
more example. This could be interesting for thouse of you who want to
run BIRD as route server at Internet eXchange Point. It written in
