[BUG?] Segv with latest 3.1.1

I unfortunately can confirm the same issue with just Kernel/Static/BGP/RPKI
for BIRD 3.1.1 after upgrading from BIRD 2.16.2:

I will also provide our configuration via e-mail. Hopefully it helps to
narrow down the issue.
