[PATCH v5] Babel: Replace internal route selection by bird's nest

Hello,

We're still waiting for any feedback on this useful patch. We've been 
running it in our mesh network with nearly 200 nodes.
I'm also considering submitting it to the routing feed (cc @Toke), and I 
hope the patch will be adapted for BIRD 3 as well.
