How to upgrade version Bird to 2.15.1

After upgrading, you need to restart the BIRD process completely.
AFAIK BIRD does not support in memory replacements.

Yes, BMP is available but still "fresh".
It had been added in 2.13 (experimental) improved in 2.14 and again
optimized in 2.16 (so consider going straight to 2.16.1 or even 3.0.1)
