BIRD 3.1.5 weird crashes - followup

Hello everyone,
I guess this one is on me (I blame severe sleep deprivation ;) ). Turns out VPP was the culprit. Somewhere inbetween config generation my statseg definition went MIA. Still, I find fact that BIRD was constantly crashing very surprising and sole reason why I went on wild goose chase after "which route crashes my BIRD" instead of looking into flapping issue first.
