Hi Maria,
Thanks for your quick answer! Is there any pointers or references on documents about this potential implementation ?
Jerome

I was wondering if someone already considered the implementation of RFC 4684 in Bird. It’s rather old but still helpful for some highly multi-tenant environments. Any advice on this would be much appreciated.
Yes, this is on the table.
There are also some talks with somebody else about sponsoring the implementation, so if you were into throwing some money on that, we might get this into BIRD 2.19 and 3.3 (the merge window for 2.18 and 3.2 has already closed). Please contact tomas.pitko at nic.cz (and cc me) to coordinate that.
Have a nice day!
Maria
