2.0 user's guide shows incorrect date format for passwords

Hello,

The password protocol option section in user's guide 2.0

incorrectly shows date format as dd-mm-yyyy when it should be yyyy-mm-dd in BIRD v2.

The old format is also shown in protocol configuration examples, for example in OSPF's chapter
