Hi,

thanks for the patch. I'm running it on a few machines and it simplifies 
address management significantly, since it allows us to deallocate lots 
of address pairs from all tunnel interfaces.

Want to repeat the question by the author:

Is there a chance this can be reviewed?

A lot is happening on the list, but this patch seems to have dropped by 
the wayside, which is a shame honestly.
