Show all ROAs for an ASN

Hi Darren,

You can do something like this:

# birdc show route all table roas4 where net.asn=13414
BIRD 2.0.8 ready.
Table roas4:
69.195.191.0/24-24 AS13414  [rpki_mer_a 2021-08-18] * (100)
         Type: RPKI univ
