ospf authentication status from bird cli?

No, we do not keep track of unauthenticated neighbors. It is probably not
a good idea to create neighbors just to list authenticated issue, but 
could imagine it would make sense to have some per-interface statistics
or buffer for interface errors, which could be accessible from CLI.
