Which linux OS are you using?

Kernel 4.0+ but we run also on 2.6.38.
GCC or Clang with C11 support (will be needed for new versions).
Use what you prefer, BIRD can be compiled and run almost everywhere including ARM. (If not, complain, we'll probably try to fix it.)
