Unknown instruction 8574 in same (~) Bug

Are you sure it is just an internal check? "Unknown instruction" seems something worse than that. 
Unfortunately I could not replicate the situation with even the same version (1.6.3) using exactly the same configuration. I just ran bird again and everything was ok!
