Anyone used 'missing lladdr' option?

This is case that would be OK as if we removed the option then we would
left the behavior on 'ignore'. But it makes me to realize that the
current default is 'drop' (for non-RS), so people who really need 'drop'
instead of 'ignore' likely do not know about it.
