Bird 2.0 in ubuntu

May, Then some time has passed.

Someone have some news about this or any prediction  ? In Our enterprise we would like using bird 2.0  but we need the packages for ubuntu.

It was discussed here in May, .deb packages are promised to be released
with upcoming version.
