I was going to do this, but then saw that all our instances are now
using at most 28MB for routing tables!

The config has not changed since I reported the issue, and I'm not aware
of any changes on the network side either, so I'm at a loss as to why
this has stopped happening...

Thanks for investigating, in any case.  If I see it happening again,
I'll take a core dump and let you know.
