Hello Eliezer,
content is:
deb http://bird.network.cz/debian wheezy main
You can test this if you do:
wget http://bird.network.cz/debian/dists/wheezy/main/binary-amd64/Packages.gz
So you get an 29 byte compressed file which includes an 0 byte Packages file.
