Yes, I know - but I want to avoid reset/restart of all protocols, 
especially
BGP - as this is border gateway of my AS.

Full reconfiguration is always a pain (or could be) - once, while doing 
so,
the daemon segfaulted (unfortunately, I couldn't reproduce it, it 
happened
only once).
