Its compiled from sources taken from here: ftp://bird.network.cz/pub/bird/bird-1.3.11.tar.gz 
core file generated from it. 
But the same segfaults is for Debian 7u1 repository ( version 1.3.7) and .deb from bird.network.cz.

The problem that the amount of /32 prefixes is too large (about 250  /32 addresses - one for each VLAN), and wrote stubnet option for each /32 is madness (.
