Yes, it's almost the opposite way of doing the same: What do you want to 
happen when x.y.z.w loses its connection to the outside world? (i.e. bgp 
to w.z.y.x goes down) You might have learned an alternative route to the 
outside world from your iBGP peer, but you're not making it active in 
the os kernel now.
