Required capability missing

We run into the message, when establishing BGP session with Quagga 0.99.10

Bird log:

25-01-2011 11:45:43 <RMT> R1155x1: Received: Required capability missing: 010400020001

Problem was in client configuration: IPv6 neighbor was added to peer-group outside address-family ipv6.
After changing it and preforming soft reload on Quagga, session established smoothly.
