Unable to synchronize all routes between 2 nodes running bird with OSPF configured.

Do you know whether this problem happens everytime (if you restart
BIRD or the device) or just sometimes? If you can replicate the
problem, could you enable logging (option 'debug ospf1 all')
and send me the logs?
