Its not okay as i found out - I think there is a fundamental problem
in the rip triggered updates as they stand today. The code currently
sends out routes which are not older than 5 seconds, but there is a
timer randomization from my understanding. So the code itself has some
flaws which causes triggered updates to not get send.

I'll see if i'll cook up something more correct - I'd rather use the
default 30 second timer and then start a new timer 1-5 seconds like the
RFC suggests in case i want a triggered update.
