[PATCH] bug freeing dbdes on iface MTU change

Btw, that patch doesn't fix my problem related to authentication.
Now I'm trying with "authentication none" before to go on to another
gdb session.

PS: The included patch is correct although I have worked on
bird-1.0.11.orig and not on bird-1.0.11 directory :-)
