multiple kernel tables synchronization

I have found that trying to synchronize multiple birdc routing
tables with multiple kernel routing tables through 2 instanes of
"kernel" potocol crashes the bird daemon.
I am using linux-2.4.4, libc6 v2.2.2.
It crashes in rm_start in io.c:185, which is called by krt_start
in krt.c:766
I found that this is the case when
CONFIG_ALL_TABLES_AT_ONCE is defined, so I have
commented out this definitions in
/sysdep/cf/linux-2.2.h and
/sysdep/cf/linux-v6.h and
and now bird runs happily.
I have no knowledge how to fix the problem with
CONFIG_ALL_TABLES_AT_ONCE case, so its just a bugreport
