Compilation on FreeBSD 11.1

Hello,

I fixed this issue with
setenv CPATH /usr/local/include
setenv LIBRARY_PATH /usr/local/lib
setenv LD_LIBRARY_PATH /usr/local/lib

But now I have error in gmake:
