Bird website documentation seems to be outdated

Hello,

I just found out about the "merge external" feature by seeing its commit
log:

Unfortunately, this is not documented in the website:
http://bird.network.cz/?get_doc&f=bird-6.html#ss6.6

It would seem the website is outdated to the documentation. It would be
nice if you could please fix that.
