BiRD now operational at the Internet exchange Point of Nigeria

Hello All..

I am pleased to announce to you that our primary Route server now runs 
on BIRD.

We have noticed some improvement in our Traffic though there is still 
some work to be done.
Effort are ongoing to optimize the system though support is somewhat 
arduous.

I plan to write a presentation paper  for the benefit of the African
